Salary: £13,384.80 (Equivalent to Full Time Salary £22,308.00)
Hours: 22.5 hours / 3 Days per week
Solidaritech CIC are looking an office-based Customer Services Coordinator (CSC) to be our key customer-facing person, providing help to individual refugees or asylum seeker requests for digital devices like laptops, phones, computers and tablets. You will also be responsible for contacting and maintaining good relations with local refugee and asylum seeker support organisations that provide client referrals, as well as providing a reliable courteous service to individual and corporate device donors.

This post is initially offered on a 2 years fixed-term contract; however, it is our intention to seek ongoing funding for this role.
What the job entails:
Helping Solidaritech clients with help in their referral for laptops, phones, tablets and computers. Helping establish their requirements, finding the appropriate devices and arranging the delivery and/or pick up of their device. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as local migrant support agencies, remote drop-off points and device donors.
